Catch Up With SIG!

We have so much going on that 2018 is already shaping up to be a great year… and it’s only March! Here are some highlights happening right now.

New Signage

Our new signs are here! Over the next few months, we will be installing these signs at most of the multi-family properties that we manage. In addition to adding a new level of professionalism to the properties themselves, they will assist in our advertising efforts by creating a more effective leasing strategy as well as generating more management business. More business for us means more resources to better serve our owners and tenants!

New Ride

We’ve added a third Prius to our current fleet of SIG-branded vehicles. We’re proud to sport these cars, as reducing our carbon emissions is important to us. We think they look pretty sharp, and we’re excited to represent around the community. Keep an eye out, and honk if you see us!

Smarty Pants

A team of SIG employees participated in the 30th annual “Smart-A-Thon” at the USC Verdugo Hills Hospital, and guess what? We took first place!! The Smart-A-Thon is an event that supports the Mary Pinola and Crescenta Valley Chamber Education Fund, which is dedicated to supporting educational programs throughout the Crescenta/Canada Valley. It’s not our first time at the event, but it was our first time taking the top spot! Congrats to Anna, Megan, Monique, Kyle and Mike!

Electronic Payments

We’re really ramping up our efforts to have our residents pay exclusively through our online system. Currently, over 70% of our residents regularly pay rent online, allowing payments to clear faster, reducing late pays, and saving time and money by eliminating trips to the office. We encourage anyone reading this who is NOT signed up for payments online to strongly consider switching over. If you have not set up a payment option, come on in to our office and we’ll help you get set up on the spot!

That’s all for now! Keep an eye out for new updates soon!
