Our accounting department handles all receivables and payables. They scan hundreds of checks monthly, make electronic deposits from our office, and enter the payments in each tenant’s ledger as well as preparing the bank deposits. Accounting also follows up on late payments, tracks special assessments, reconciles the monthly bank accounts, and does filings with the Franchise Tax Board.
Arlet has been with SIG Property Management for a number of years, and she does all this work and more, making sure that SIG and our owners have transparent accounting.
