Paper Application Option:

Most renters should fill out the application online listed under “SIG Rentals” after clicking on the box “Apply Now”. You will then be prompted to make the payment at the end of the application process.

If you wish to submit a paper application instead of doing it online, you will need to set up an appointment at the office. You may then fill out a paper application and bring in a cashier check or money order payable to "SIG Property Management" for $45. We do not accept cash.

We will need one application fee of $45, and one application filled out, for each person over 18 years of age who is applying to the rental.
