Valerie Becerra, Accounting Associate

Our accounting department handles all receivables and payables. They scan hundreds of checks monthly, make electronic deposits from our office, and enter the payments in each tenant’s ledger as well as preparing the bank deposits.  Accounting also follows up on late payments, tracks special assessments, reconciles the monthly bank accounts, and does filings with the Franchise Tax Board.

Valerie has been with S.I.G. Property Management for about two years and has come so far in growing with the company.
