Pet Policy Information

Not all properties that SIG manages allow pets. To find out if the property you are interested accepts pets, or if there are limits to the number of pets and/or size of pets, please see the property listing on our “Vacancies” page. When applying with a pet, please be prepared to show license documentation, vaccination records and a “Pet Selfie” – a picture of your pet and yourself.

Proof of Renters Insurance and an additional pet security deposit will be required prior to signing your lease. The amount of the deposit will vary depending on owner policy and size of the pet.

Pets

All SIG residential applicants with pets are required to complete a “Pet Screening” for each of their pets. Applications will not be processed completely until a Pet Screening is complete. Pet screenings are $20 for the first pet and $15 for additional pets.

Assistance Animals

Applicants with a service/companion animal must also complete a “Pet Screening” for each animal. The screening process for these animals are the same, but free of charge.
